Starting at $598K, our Westside 1&2 Condos have 34 units per building, 68 in total. Layouts are between 647 sq.ft. and 996 sq.ft., and each unit includes a parking spot and balcony.

Townhouses

From $849K, our Townhouses are built in 4 and 6  structures. 18 townhouses have been released in our first phase. Layouts are between 1,657 sq.ft. and 1,757 sq.ft.; however, when you include between 600 and 700 sq.ft. of unfinished basement (and option for drawn in bathroom) these townhouses are quite spacious with closer to 2,400 sq.ft. right next to the Rideau.
