The Docks at Mooney's Bay - Phase Update
Our partners, Mistral General Contractors, have been preparing The Docks at Mooney's Bay site.
At this stage of project, they are focused on excavation mass hauling and they are preparing for the shoring rig arrival. The shoring rig will auger the holes needed for the retention haul and when that's complete, they'll start the excavation for our condos.
